Groceries

  • For the tomato sauce

    • 2 boxes of crushed tomatoes (800g) or whole canned tomatoes ground in a blender
    • Tomato caffsarsk (100g)
    • Sweet spoonfricka
    • 3 cloves crushed garlic
    • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
    • 2 tsp. sugar
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    • 2 cups boiling water
  • For the bashamel sauce

    • 3 tablespoonsbutter (50 g)
    • 3 as openflour
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 teaspoonsalt
    • Ground black pepper
  • For pasta

    • PackPasta (500g) Whatever shape you like, not cooked
    • 200 grams grated yellow cheese
    • 200 g grated mozzarella
    • 200 gramgrated Parmesan

Method of preparation

How do you make a pasta pastry like lasagna?

  • 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  • 2 Prepare the tomato sauce:In a large bowl, mix well all the ingredients ofthe tomato sauce.

  • 3Prepare the bashamel sauce:Heat the milk in the microwave for about 10 to 20 seconds.

  • 4Heat the butter in a deep, wide saucepan over low heat until it melts.

  • 5Add the flour and with the help of a hand whisk, mix the flour well with the butter, about half a minute to a minute, until a uniform mixture with the texture of a very thick tahini is obtained.

  • 6Add the heated milk to the saucepan and continue mixing with the hand whisk until the mixture thickens slightly. It takes between 3 and <> minutes.

  • 7Remove from heat, add the salt and pepper and stir.

  • 8Ingredients of the pastry:In a large bowl mix the (uncooked) pasta with the tomato sauce (which is also not cooked) and mix well.

  • 9Pour half of the pasta and tomato mixture into a baking pan suitable for baking in the oven.

  • 10Sprinkle half the amount of bachamel sauce on the pasta in mounds.

  • 11Mix all types of cheese together in a bowl. Sprinkle half the amount on the baked hamel sauce.

  • Pour the rest of the pasta and tomato mixture over top, top with the remaining bashmel sauce and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese mixture on top.

  • 13Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven to bake for about 40 minutes until the pasta is completely soft.

  • 14After 40 minutes, remove the foil and raise the oven temperature to 210 degrees Celsius. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until the top layer browns slightly.

  • 15Remove the pan from the oven and set aside for about <> minutes before serving. It is best to submit immediately afterwards.
