You'll have to believe us when we say it's not an easy job, not an easy job at all.

To try all the new products that come out to the Israeli market (and sometimes also outside it), to taste before everyone else, deliveries and more deliveries, paper bags that accumulate in the office (and at home), a constant feeling of satiety.

Seriously, it's harder than it seems, and no one pays you for the gym, or compensates you for the rapidly developing sense of FOMO in the psyche.

To all articles in the "New on the Shelf" sectionHowever, the "New on the Shelf"

section, with its tasters, curiosities and loyal consumers, was once again on its way, determined and mission-oriented. And this time - effective shortcuts, welcome upgrades and a lot of cream in the air. Yes, we are very eclectic.

Enjoy!

Shavuot Basket, Gad Dairies

The local cheese company is celebrating Shavuot with happy comebacks, and an equally joyous launch.

In honor of the holiday, Gad returns the Gad and Mead series and the grated cheese series to its shelves, and offers burrata cheese for the first time.

The excellent series of sauces that was launched about a year ago returns to stay, and offers successful shortcuts in the form of creamy mac and cheese sauce based on cheddar cheese, prickly cacio e pepe sauce based on pecorino cheese, porcini sauce based on ricotta cheese with porcini mushrooms, and also bechamel sauce that pairs well with many dishes on the busy table.

The efficient grated cheese series includes classic grated mozzarella, artigenale mozzarella in a tear form that screams pizza, grated cheese mix for mac and cheese, and Quattro Formaggio in one extremely convenient bag.

But the new star is burrata cheese, a ball of fresh mozzarella stuffed with rich cheesy cream that winks from supermarket shelves for the first time, offering creamy-creamy corruption in return with the stroke of a light knife at home-cooked dinner.

In a word: celebration.

Collection series, Tnuva

The local dairy giant is celebrating weeks with expansions, launches and promotions of course.

You will find here, among others, a slice of Iberico, a hard Spanish cheese of three types (beef, goats and sheep) that goes great with everything you bake these days, 20% salted fat sheep feta flakes, excellent and upgrade every salad bowl, refined Bulgarian slices 5% fat that scream watermelon, Cypriot halloumi from Dodoni Dairy, Alternative Light oatmeal in a liter carton, and natural holiday returns of the Manchu segment, Grana Padano segment, Fromaz triangles, refined flavored gouda slice, Parmigiano Reggiano flakes, 500g mozzarella flakes, Valley dew flakes 200g and Valley flakes 600g.

Alongside these, Tnuva's main holiday sale will give 50% off the second product from the same brand, in the Piraeus, Napoleon, Collection, White Chef's Flakes and Tofu Alternative.

In two words: the focus of the festivities.

Tene Cheeses, Meshek Tzuriel

The excellent boutique dairy is celebrating weeks with the expansion of shelves and the launch of two new series.

You can find here, among others, Gouda, Tom Bein cheese, snap-up Iberico and wonderful Cachota cheese, which join to strengthen the Zuriel Farm goat cheese collection (and our festive homemade cheese platter), as well as 20% fat goat cream cheeses in three flavors - natural, with dill garlic, and jalapeño pudding - that provided a thick and corrupt smell, as befits the holidays.

In two words: full tena.

Turkish cheeses, euros from European dairies

The excellent dairy company lands in Israel just in time for a new cheese series from Turkey.

These are EZINE aged cheeses made from sheep's, goats and beef milk in the style of Greek feta, which come from the Azin district and the city of Canakkale. They hold a very rich texture, enjoy a noticeable but not overpowering saltiness and strengthen every festive cheese platter. Price: 29.90 NIS for a 350 gram package.

In four words: a green route for a white holiday.

Celebration of baking and chocolate milk, Mimonas

The spice and baking brand is preparing for the holiday onslaught with its home reinforcement collection, and with another happy launch.

You can find here, among other things, a pancake mix (NIS 10.90-15.90) and a chocolate ball mixture that allows for a spontaneous morning (or evening, we don't judge) celebration, crispy waffle rolls ready to be filled in two flavors (NIS 16.90-20.90), baked puff pastry cones for the exact same purpose, iced coffee, iced coffee light and vanilla iced for moments and temperatures that require a little more pampering and less frozen routine, as well as chocolate or vanilla instant pudding powder, For all your biscuit cake needs - they are all ultimate shortcuts, they all stand on their own even without the stopwatch.

In addition, the company launched Chocolate Plus, chocolate powder with vitamins and iron (NIS 9.12 for a 500-gram package), which allows you to dance beautifully at both weddings - satisfied children and parents with less guilt.

In three words: Tena is busy for the holiday.

Dough balls, pasta rico

The large pasta company is preparing for the holiday with a new package containing dough balls for making pizza, focaccia and Jabetta.

The package includes three ready-made dough balls (weighing 250 grams each), made of Italian flour and kept in freezing. They demand a compromise, of course, when you decide to play with them, but apart from this planning issue, this is a shortcut that is the real headache of making pizza at home - a real dough, excellent and flexible and acceded to whims, at a fair price (NIS 29 per triple).

In three words: a base of taste.

Dough for pasta and lactate for pie, Sunfrost

The local frozen giant thoroughly prepared for the holiday, with two tailored and targeted launches.

The first is the festive opening of a series of doughs for making homemade pasta, which come shallow and can, with very little effort and creativity (and after thawing, of course), become your favorite form of pasta - from lasagna leaves to fettuccine and stuffed ravioli. For now, the series includes classic pasta dough (which received excellent household chores) and also dough with spinach, which was slightly more present, but still restrained. Price: 21.90 NIS per 500 grams.

The second is a new vegetable picker, designed to go into a pie or quiche. It includes broccoli, cauliflower and onions poached and cut to a size that does not require any more tinkering, in quantity (800 grams, NIS 14.60-23.90) that does not require too many additions after it, and in a taste that requires only a little more reinforcement, for your consideration.

In two words: the shorteners of time.

Cassette biscuit and crumb series, Citrus Epifit

The Northern Baking Company is preparing for the holiday with a natural onslaught alert, and time-saving solutions that prove results.

You can find here, among other things, a crispy chocolate-flavored cassette biscuit that requires only good ice cream, and a quartet of crumb packages - vanilla flavored, chocolate flavored, caramel flavored and "American style", which is a kind of Oreo style - which is the ultimate shortcut, which makes independent grinding (and dishwashing redundant, of course), along with dessert.

In four words: sweet beginning, sweet ending.

Tropical Fruit & Black & White, Barn

The food giant is preparing for the holiday with a reinforcement of shelves that rightly await the onslaught of biscuits and the only cheesecake everyone loves.

These are two new editions - a tropical fruit-flavored biscuit, quite orange, which gives a cute and refreshing twist compared to the classics, and a black-and-white edition in the form of a cocoa biscuit sandwich filled with white vanilla cream, which closes a corner for afternoon coffee, and afterwards.

In three words: the basics, and what's inside.

Salted caramel pudding and cheesecake pudding, Barn-Nestle

You're left with the exact same pattern, and with the exact same intention, which is a happy upgrade to a traditional Shavuot dessert.

It's a festive edition of salted caramel flavored pudding and "lemon-touched" cheesecake pudding, each striving separately to take your cheesecake down a slightly different flavor trail, with a billet-in shortcut inside the filling. The result is cute, sweet and less salty than was possible in the first case, and lemongrass-delicate in the second.

In three words: Tena staples.

Pasta from Paladina, Barilla

The popular Italian giant is preparing for the holiday with the reinforcement of shelves, and their expansion.

This is the launch of pasta from Palladina, which joins Barilla's Collezione series. Its shape is long, curly at the edges and provides (after about nine minutes) through this combination a successful sauce-bite game, as well as a brand-familiar cooking quality. Price: NIS 12.90-15.90.

In four words: just in time for the holiday table.

Cream sauce with beets, Yotvata

Still in Italy, and in the exact same deep dish: Strauss Group's large dairy is expanding its Ready To Cook sauce shelves with a special edition of cream sauce with beets.

The sauce, which comes in a box of 260 grams, provides an excellent base for pasta that comes out of boiling water (or on the dough on top), with 9% fat, and a fun taste that requires almost no seasoning, but will gladly accept almost anything you lavish on it (especially since it is not easy to make at home from scratch to begin with).

In two words: erosion of oaths.
