Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed holding an international summit dedicated to the Ukrainian peace formula in July, during a speech at the working session of the G7 summit "Towards a peaceful, stable and prosperous world".

"Soon, as early as July, the full-scale war will enter 500 days. And this is a symbolic period of time, a good month to convene the Formula Peace Summit, the summit of the global majority. The summit of all those who support honesty and are determined to end this war. I invite you to join the common efforts," Zelensky said.

A brief ceremony closed the three-day G7 summit in Hiroshima, with a renewed commitment by leaders in support of Ukraine. "Every decision for the defense of Ukraine brings our victory closer. I thank all our partners and allies for their support!" wrote Zelensky on his Telegram account.

The Ukrainian president also thanked one by one the leaders who participated in the Hiroshima summit, including the Italian premier: "Thank you, Giorgia Meloni, for the strength of your character that gives strength to all of us. I thank the Italian government, the Parliament and all Italians who
support the protection of our people," Zelensky said. To US President Joe Biden expressed his gratitude "for giving meaning to the global seal of security for democracy! Thank you for the leadership, weapons and decision to train our
