Always when passing by candy stores, children want to purchase a bag of gummies in a variety of colors and shapes. The result is that healthy parenting is set aside and children are allowed to sin with sweets draped in white sugar and all sorts of suspicious food coloring. But it doesn't have to be this way.
That's exactly why I decided to make *healthy* gummies from berry, honey and gelatin infusions - with no food coloring and no added sugar.
They are delicious and beautiful in their own right, but when you attach them to the inside of a glass and pour water over them, you get a spectacular drink with a delicate sweetness. In short, multi-talent candies.

Method of preparation
How Do You Make Healthy Gummies?
1 Steep berry tea bag in 2/3 cup boiling water. Squeeze the tea bag to get a concentrated extract. Cool to room temperature.
2Transfer the infusion to a small saucepan and mix with lemon juice and honey.
3Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid in the saucepan and let sit for <> minutes.
4After fifteen minutes, light a medium flame and stir until all the gelatin melts.
5Pour the mixture into a glass or silicone mold 20x20 cm in size (a layer should be about 3 mm high) and transfer to the freezer for two hours to set.
6Move a sharp knife around the edges of the rubber sheet and remove from the mold.
7Cut flowers with cookie crickets.
8Keep refrigerated. Candy can be eaten straight from the refrigerator or taken out to room temperature for a softer jelly texture.
9For gently sweet water: Attach candies to the inner wall of smooth, clear glass cups.
Gently pour room temperature water until the candies are covered. Wait about an hour for the candy flavors to release into the water and drink.
