It is not certain that whoever invented disinfectant wipes actually thought of these solutions, but nevertheless... An American flight attendant named Sisi shared a video on TikTok that has already received more than 300,000 views on the subject of disinfection. The flight attendant, who provides her hundreds of thousands of followers with a variety of travel and tourism tips, suggests that everyone bring disinfectant wipes with alcohol on board. "It's something you definitely want to have within your reach on your next flight," she says. "After you go to Pharm and buy a few packages, it's a good idea to know four different uses for them."
Later in the video, she details the uses, and thefirsttip is intended for those who may feel unwell during the flight. "If you feel nauseous, pull out one of the wipes, open it and smell it. It's very helpful."
Theseconduse is designed to help you get rid of unpleasant odors when it comes to your shoes. Sissy simply suggests sticking a wipe into each shoe. Speaking of personal hygiene, here's thethird tip: use a wipe to wipe your armpit if you forget to bring deodorant with you. I'm already putting some wipes in my makeup bag." "The underarm trick definitely works!" commented one commenter, "but do it only to an extent, as it is very dehydrating to sensitive skin. But it works!" " As a nurse, I used disinfectant wipes for all the uses you mentioned!" another commenter noted.
The Daily Mail reports that on her blog, Sissy even gives her followers a glimpse into how they get hired as a flight attendant – she herself embarked on a flight attendant career at the age of 46. "I updated my resume and my sister (who already worked as a flight attendant) guided me through the recruitment process. I researched it a lot online and started practicing my interviewing techniques," she says. Later, it contacted several airlines, and two of them returned to her to continue the process: Delta and American Airlines. "The recruitment process was very rigorous and I went through several stages until I even got to the personal interview," she adds. She then underwent an intensive training course that lasted eight weeks. "We were taught safety procedures, emergency procedures and customer service issues. We had to pass both theoretical and practical tests. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. Like being in a training camp."
