A week of intense parliamentary work begins for the two Chambers, struggling with many economic measures but also with the bill on differentiated autonomy, still at the center of controversy after the case broke out around the document of the Senate Budget Service.
To deal with the bill, still contested today by CGIL, CISL and UIL during the joint demonstration organized in Naples, is the Constitutional Affairs Commission of the Senate where, without particular acceleration, the hearings continue. But at Palazzo Madama there are also a series of economic texts that will see the senators busy most of the week. The decree on the Bridge over the Strait already examined by the Chamber will go to the Chamber on Tuesday 23. In second reading also the bills decree, from which in Montecitorio was removed in extremis the amendment on precarious health that should now find another place.
In the Labor Committee, on the other hand, the examination of the labor decree approved on May Day begins. The issues are thorny: they range from the farewell to the citizenship income to the birth of the inclusion allowance, but the text also includes the news - highly contested by unions and opposition - on fixed-term contracts and vouchers. In this case, there could be hundreds of amendments, all to be tabled by 18 p.m. on Wednesday 24 May. The Industry Committee, on the other hand, is engaged in the examination of the delegation on incentives and - together with the Environment Committee - also of the drought decree.
No less engulfed the work of the Chamber. In this case, the Constitutional Affairs Commission is examining the decree p.a for the strengthening of the ranks of the staff of ministries and law enforcement agencies. The groups have tabled the amendments indicated, with a view to the votes expected this week. The same Constitutional Affairs together with the Budget, however, is also awaiting, by Thursday, the amendments to the 'omnibus' decree in which are contained, among other measures, also the commissionership of INPS and Inail and the extension of the scrapping quarter. In the dl should flow the release of 660 million against the high rents that at first it was assumed to include in the decree p.a. The Justice Committee will instead start on Wednesday with the votes on the proposed changes on surrogate motherhood, while the Finance awaits by Friday the amendments on the fiscal delegation with the aim of accelerating and bringing home the green light also of the Senate by the summer break.
