At higher temperatures, regular drinking is essential for the body, but it tends to get lost. This fruity-fresh strawberry iced tea sweetens your fluid intake.
A glass of chilled iced tea is just the thing for every hot summer day to cool down. Unfortunately, the purchased version usually contains flavor enhancers and, above all, a lot of sugar. If you want to drink a lot throughout the day with a clear conscience and don't want to stick to simple mineral water, you should try this healthier, homemade alternative to the delicious classic.

Tip: Throw away less
If it's hard to separate yourself from the strawberry greens, you don't have to: The stalk can be cooked together with the fruit without hesitation and can then be removed again before serving. If you don't mind drinking it, you can use and consume the strawberry in its entirety.
