The hearing of the new hearing at the federal appeals court for the capital gains case-Juve has ended. Now the court, chaired by Ida Raiola, met in chambers to evaluate the requests of the FIGC prosecutor, who proposed 11 penalty points for the Juventus club, and the counter-deductions of the Juventus defense.
The federal prosecutor, Giuseppe Chiné, in his indictment, also asked for 8 months of inhibition for seven former Juventus members: Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli-Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano. These are the directors without delegation to define the responsibilities of which the Guarantee Board has asked the Federal Court to redetermine the sanction to Juve.
