(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 22 - 44% of Italians are inclined to change jobs in the short term, compared to 38.5% recorded last year.
This is stated by a research by the BenEssere Felicità observatory according to which this percentage is "destined to grow, to arrive at solutions with a greater work-life balance".
In the study, also prompted by the effects of the Covid pandemic, among the most relevant aspects in the choice of the job, according to data updated to this year, is in first place being appreciated-esteemed which touches 44.7% of the responses, followed by love for one's work which reaches 37.8% and being stimulated to growth with 30.2%.
Only then are elements such as time flexibility (28.4%), trust (23.7%) and control of what you do (21.4%) mentioned.
The research, called 'Happiness Barometer' and presented in its edition for 2023 at the headquarters of Confcommercio in Milan, involved a sample of 1,106 employed people throughout Italy: employees, managers, freelancers / VAT numbers / small entrepreneurs and representatives of larger companies.
