Since its acquisition by Vivendi (controlled by Vincent Bolloré) two years ago, Prisma Media has witnessed a real exodus of some of its teams. In the country's leading magazine press group (Télé Loisirs, Voici, Femme actuel, Capital, Géo...), some 180 journalists finally chose to take the transfer clause. "This period is over us now," says Figaro Claire Léost, president of Prisma Media. "60% of these departures have now been replaced. It takes time," says the CEO, a member of Vivendi's management board.
