Sylvester Stallone's muscles don't come from lying around lazily. The 76-year-old actor has trained hard all his life – and his three daughters had to "sympathize".
"Rocky", "Rambo" or "The Expendables": The American actor Sylvester Stallone has made film history. He is best known for his well-toned body and relevant action films. The now 76-year-old trained hard for this. At his best, he had a body fat percentage of only three percent during the filming of "Rocky III" (1988), according to his own statements, as the star writes.
Even today, the actor, film director and screenwriter does a lot of sports. How important physical exercise is to him was also experienced first-hand by his three daughters. They were drilled from an early age, as they revealed in an interview. "Our father raised us like little military brats," says Sistine Stallone.
