"Now Ukraine's position is clear: our plan is the basis, but we are ready to listen to all those countries that respect our sovereignty and territorial integrity. The ideal would be in July. Consultations on this are ongoing. It is very important that this is a summit in which the leaders of the global South will surely participate. At least four blasts were heard tonight in southeastern Ukrainian Dnepropetrovsk oblast and specifically in the regional capital Dnipro, according to Ukrainian officials. The anti-aircraft alert has been activated in these hours in the region and in 10 other Ukrainian oblasts, including that of Kiev.
Explosions were also reported in the capital, with the Kiev military administration reporting that Ukrainian air defenses are at work on the city and surrounding oblast. Several explosions were also reported in the Russian-occupied city of Berdiansk in Ukraine's southern Zaporizhzhia oblast. Moscow's forces have recently transferred ammunition to the site of the attack. Kiev inflicted a "massive attack" on the city, according to local pro-Russian officials. Berdiansk has been under occupation by Moscow since February 2022 and is located about 100 kilometers south of the front line.
Explosions occurred this morning in the center of Krasnodar, capital of the southern Russian territory of the same name. Local media reported that the city's air defenses sprang into action after the center was attacked by drones. The regional authorities quoted by the Tass agency confirm at least one explosion, adding that there is material damage but "according to initial estimates no one would have been injured". Explosions had already occurred in this Russian territory on May 5 at the Ilsky oil refinery, allegedly also caused by a drone attack.
