Professor wounded as a student with a knife in Milan

The boy, 16, also threatened schoolmates with a fake gun.

The Minister of Education, Giuseppe Valditara, in Milan for an event, called "particularly disturbing" the fact that he is directed to the school of Abbiategrasso. "After the experience of Covid, bullying episodes are multiplying, precisely because the interpersonal relationship that is fundamental in educational development has been interrupted", added Valditara speaking at the Pact for Innovation Summit. "I want to go to Abbiategrasso to express my solidarity with the teacher attacked and also to send the signal that the State, the Minister of Education and the government more generally, are close to all teachers and staff of the school when they, in the performance of their duties, are attacked," he added.
