Actor Ray Stevenson passed away this week in Italy at just 58 years old. Marvel fans knew him as the Punisher, Star Wars fans will soon be able to see him in the series "Asohka". In addition, he was known for series such as "Vikings", "Rome", "Dexter" and "Black Sails".
As his publicist confirmed to Variety, British actor Ray Stevenson passed away last Sunday in Italy at the age of 58. The cause of death is not known at this time. He was on the island of Ischia, which belongs to Naples, for filming.
Stevenson was born in Northern Ireland and moved to England at a young age, where he studied acting at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He got his first film and television roles in the 90s, before his first Hollywood leading role in the film "King Arthur" from 2004 followed.
