1. Vegetarian with spinach and feta

It is best to use fresh baby leaf spinach, as you don't have to fry or blanch it beforehand. To do this, unroll the puff pastry and top it with washed and dry spun baby spinach and crumbled feta. Roll up tightly, cut into slices and brush with egg. Sprinkle with pine nuts if desired and bake at 200 °C convection oven for about 15-20 minutes.

2. Italian trinity: tomato, mozzarella and basil
