A silver-plated mechanical pencil allegedly belonging to Adolf Hitler will be auctioned in Belfast on June 6 and could be sold for the equivalent of more than €92,52. According to the auction house Bloomfield Auctions, the pencil - which Eva Braun gave the Fuhrer for his 50nd birthday - is worth between 80,<> and <>,<> pounds.
The pencil, originally purchased by a collector at an auction in 2002, is 8.5 cm long and has the initials 'AH' engraved at the top while on the side is the inscription 'zum 20 april 1941 her zlichst eva' (on April 20, 1941 sincerely eva). Also on sale is an original photograph of Hitler signed by the dictator.
