What leads a 47-year-old woman, professional, with a stable job almost half a life in a state company, to take her daughter's cell phone, record an intimidating message with a distorted voice and send it to several of her co-workers that will lose a million dollars to their bosses? Why would anyone dynamite everything with a couple of audios of a few seconds? These questions will surely be asked to Daniela Carbone, the Aerolineas Argentinas stewardess who was arrested on Sunday, accused of being the author of the bomb threat against a plane that was due to leave for Miami a week ago and that had to be postponed for obvious security reasons.
It may be a commonplace that saying that is attributed to Blaise Pascal, philosopher and mathematician of the seventeenth century: "The heart has reasons that reason does not know." But the plot that is investigated in Justice and that led to Carbone travels the path of a frustrated relationship and a heartbreak more explosive than the bombs promised by WhatsApp.
