Many people can hardly get enough of strawberries in the summer. That's exactly what you should try the sweet sheet cake with yoghurt and a double portion of red fruits.
Strawberries are as much a part of summer as the smell of sunscreen and sticky fingers of ice cream (preferably homemade). And if you store them properly, they can even last for weeks. It is best to buy the specimens from Germany, as according to Ökotest, many fruits were contaminated with pesticides.
If you can't resist sweet strawberries, you should definitely try the sheet cake with twice the load of strawberries. The fruits are in the dough and on top. In addition, there is a cream of cream and curd, which makes the cake wonderfully moist - an absolute hit at any barbecue or picnic.
