Since 2019, the two have been educating people about Tourette's syndrome and have published over 400 videos about the disease. Many of them also with a good dose of humor, but the goal of the two was always to fight for the acceptance of Tourette's in society.

Jan Zimmermann already has other plans for his future and would like to withdraw from social media as far as possible. "The background to this is above all, after the positive outcome of my brain surgery last year, a lot of things have become possible from a professional point of view. Which I will now realize." To prevent any rumors, the two also make one thing clear: "You don't have to worry, we're still friends". Jan and Tim will continue to spend time away from YouTubers. "We knew each other before social media. Social media has always been a part of our friendship, but it's never been the whole friendship."
