- 1/2 medium-sized white cabbage, cut into thin strips
- 2 carrots, grated or peeled into thin strips
Sauce
- 2 Spoonsilan
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoonssoybeans
- 1 lemon squeezed into juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
For crispy noodles
- 1/2 thin cupiosters
- 2 tbspoil
For extra chicken breast (optional)
- 200g chicken breast cut into strips

Method of preparation
How do you make cabbage and carrot salad with crispy noodles?
1Mix the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
2In a small saucepan, heat on low flame while stirring the sauce ingredients for about 3 minutes. Pour over the cabbage and carrots and mix well.
3Fry the thin noodles with 2 tablespoons of oil until brown and crispy. Place on top .
4If you want to turn the salad into a complete meal, fry chicken breast strips seasoned with salt and pepper in half a tablespoon of oil, and place on top.
