To get to work, Sonja has to walk past a college. She would prefer to avoid, but bypassing the establishment would lengthen her journey by about ten minutes. So she manages to dodge the students' entry and exit times. In general, the 35-year-old Parisian avoids walking in front of colleges and high schools, for fear of crossing the road of groups of teenagers. She fears their looks, their laughter, especially. "Mate la dwarf", "y a Mimie Mathy", "c'est Passe-Partout"... Sonja has often been the target of mockery. And, despite the passage of time, these taunts "still hurt".
