Look how cute they are. A bite of sweet potato and parmesan (Photo: Alon Mesika)
I always think about where else you can surprise with recipes that kids love. This bite of sweet potato-parmesan is definitely a winning recipe.
Somewhat sweet, and if the children are old enough, or there are enough adults, you can add shredded chili to give a spicy castor. In fact, and on second thought, it's also a great recipe for a finger food party with a glass of white or red wine.

Black cumin, sesame, coarse salt or whatever you like to sprinkle on top (Photo: Alon Mesika)
Instructions:
1. In a food processor or manually knead all the dough ingredients into a uniform dough, taking care not to knead too much so as not to develop gluten.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for twenty minutes.
3. Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a leaf with a relatively thick thickness - 2-3 cm.4.
Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan, a little coarse salt on top and sesame seeds.
5. Using a sharp, unserrated knife, slice small cubes and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes, remove from the oven, use the knife over the cuts of the cubes and return for another ten minutes of baking until golden brown.
7. Can be frozen and heated in the oven.
