Each week a different celebrity will be hosted and together they will prepare a simple and delicious recipe that anyone can make at home.
This time, Mimi Neaman hosted Uncle Chaim, one of the biggest and favorite children's stars of Israel's children, and together they made blast cookies, which as their name implies, a blast!

- 2 g dark chocolate
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 3/<> unitsM eggs
- 1/2 cupSugar
- 1/<> cupflour
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder
- Kursalt
- White sugar saucer
- Powdered sugar saucer

Method of preparation
How do you make chocolate blast cookies?
1Melt the chocolate with the oil in the microwave (in pulses of 30 seconds).
2In a mixer with a guitar hook, mix eggs and sugar on slow speed for about 3 minutes.
3Add the melted chocolate and stir a little.
4Mix the flour and baking powder with the salt separately.
5Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a uniform batter is obtained.
6Transfer to Fairex pan, close with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
7Cut balls out of the batter, roll in sugar and then powdered sugar and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8Bake for about 8 minutes in a preheated oven 190 degrees Turbo.
