- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 300 g salmon fillet*, cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 60 g shallots, diced
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 50 ml white wine
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 10 g parsley, chopped
- 300 g tagliatelle (or other noodles of choice)
- Dill, to taste
