For the classic pasta dish with salmon and cream sauce, you need these ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 300 g salmon fillet*, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 g shallots, diced
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 10 g parsley, chopped
  • 300 g tagliatelle (or other noodles of choice)
  • Dill, to taste

This is how easy and quick it is to prepare:

  • Prepare tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon cubes in it briefly and sharply. Salt, remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté the shallots and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the white wine, lemon juice and herb cream cheese and stir until no lumps are visible.
  • Stir in whipped cream and parsley.
  • Fold in the fried salmon and cooked tagliatelle and heat.
  • Divide into deep plates and serve garnished with dill if desired.
