(ANSA) - ROME, JUNE 05 - There will be three artists who from Sanremo Giovani will have direct access to the 74th Italian Song Festival. This is provided for in the regulation, from 5 Juneonline. "The adventure towards Sanremo 2024 begins and I am happy because the first brick of the Festival has always been the regulation of Sanremo Giovani", comments Amadeus satisfied, who as artistic and conductor of the evening, is already at work at the next edition of Sanremo Giovani. "I can't wait to receive and listen to the songs with the music committee, also because we have noticed that every year the quality level increases".

The regulation provides, as usual, a first phase in which the artistic director and the musical commission chaired by him will be engaged in listening to all the pieces presented and in the selection of a limited number of artists will perform in the final live auditions.
Subsequently, the 12 finalists who will compose the parterre of the final of December 2023 will be identified indirectly on Rai 1 from the Teatro del Casinò di Sanremo. Of these 8 will access from the selection of Sanremo Giovani and 4 from the contestArea Sanremo. Artists must be between 16 and 29 years old. During the final evening the competing artists will be voted by the artistic director and the music commission in an autonomous and separate manner with weight on the overall result of the votes of 50% each. The 3 winners who will detach the ticket for the Ariston will have to propose for the Festival a new song compared to the one with which they performed during the evening of SanremoGiovani.
