They promised it. They did. Pierre Chabrier and Sylvain Lévy, the two youtubers of Vilebrequin organized the "Merguez Tuning Show" on the circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours (Nièvre), Sunday, June 4th.
A popular event, which brought together 55,000 motorsport fans. With the center of attention: the "100tipla", a Fiat Multipla Tuning version deploying nearly 1300 HP. "It's the ugliest car in the world initially, so we had to do something," laughs Pierre Chabrier. "But that doesn't stop you from doing things right, so she smokes everyone, because she makes 1300 horses," says Sylvain Lévy.
The adventure of this car like no other began in 2020. The two youtubers had launched an online fundraiser with the promise of organizing an event for the "Loulous", (the name given to the Vilebrequin community) if it reached 1 million euros. Goal achieved and 3 years later, Pierre and Sylvain gave appointment to their fans on the mythical circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours, to come and admire this "1000tipla" on track.

"It's great", "amazing", "exceptional". The dithyrambic adjectives follow one another in the stands to describe this day. "We all got together to see this Multipla. That's the only thing we want to see today," says Alicia. "They put a lot of activities around, but if there had been just the Multipla we would still have come," Liam abounds.
Vilebrequin had announced, this day is a "funfair" around the theme of the automobile. Ferris wheel, bumper cars, rifle shooting ranges... "That's how we are, it's our very essence," explains Pierre Chabrier. And there are a lot of people in France who are like that. And this theme (Merguez and tuning, editor's note) is perfect. He is good-natured, family-friendly, universal, we all love barbecue."
"People have understood that today is second degree, we propose a day, where we do not take ourselves seriously," concludes Sylvain Lévy.
