Genoa has renewed the contract with the coach of the promotion in A Alberto Gilardino. Marriage is strengthened. The contract he already had with the rossoblù club was expiring on June 30, 2024, it has now been extended by another season and therefore now the agreement will last two years, until 2025.
For the coach also a substantial adjustment to the engagement he had received this year: it will be increased to over 500 thousand euros to which other bonuses will be added based on the results that the Grifone will be able to obtain in the next Serie A championship.
A well-deserved recognition for the world champion, who in autumn successfully trained the rossoblù Spring, in December he was called to lead the first team that sailed in sixth position in Serie B and led it to direct promotion to A with two days in advance. Now the new adventure in A that will begin in early July with the meeting and then the departure for the retreat of Moena.
