"On 26 November two years ago, in Rome, in the Palace that is temporarily my residence, the Treaty of the Quirinale was signed, which from its first article provides for "the implementation of joint training initiatives" for our diplomats", he added. "For me it is a double opportunity: to get to know you and to celebrate the solidity of relations between France and Italy, underlining the fundamental role of young diplomats in promoting constructive dialogue," he concluded.
