Niçoise salad (Shay Nyborg)
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 package tuna fillet "Olive Tree"
- 200 g poached green beans
- 2 tomatoes halved and sliced
- 1 sliced boiled potato
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 6 Kalamata olives
- For the sauce:3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper

How to prepare:
1. Arrange the ingredients in a serving bowl in separate groups.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a jar.
3. Pour over the salad and serve immediately with a glass of wine.
