Zangrillo, smart working extended only for the fragile

"I have always maintained that agile working is an important tool and I don't see why it can't be able to work in the PA as well. To avoid the story of agile work as a sort of semi-holiday, however, we need a real cultural revolution, as well as organizational, able to make smart working fully effective, so as not to jeopardize the services provided to citizens and businesses". This was stated to Il Messaggero by the Minister for Public Administration Paolo Zangrillo, regarding the deadline of June 30 of the extension of smart working for private employees with children under 14 and for the fragile.
"Specifically, I would just like to observe that we are no longer in a pandemic - he adds - so I do not think there is any longer the urgency to intervene on parents with children under 14.
Instead, I hope that there will continue to be the right attention to the fragile".
Regarding the rules on the Court of Auditors and tax shield, the minister says: "The controversy seems to me a storm in a glass of water, I prefer to respond on the merits. The tax shield was introduced in 2020 by Conte and then extended by Draghi. I do not see why we should raise a fuss about this further extension, aimed at putting our people in a position to carry out the many projects of the Plan in a climate of trust, and in a very short time. As for the concomitant control, the EU supervises the progress of the Plan and the rule does not affect in any way the prerogatives of the Court. The accounting controls will be there."
