Res. beauty queen and current successful businesswoman Mor Maman shared a sarcastic comment on her Instagram story with her 159,<> followers on Tuesday night about her weight she received from a follower after posting a photo of herself sitting smiling on a plane.
"What's going on chubby," read a comment shared by Maman, 28, in a screenshot she shared with her many followers, making sure to include her reaction to the user's tactless comment. "The happiest, happiest chubby woman in the world," Maman clarified.
Maman went on to write that she usually chooses not to address these kinds of comments and simply ignores them, confidently stating: "Maybe I'm not the thinnest but I'm happy to the maximum! Besides, who determined what the ideal of beauty is?" she asked.
Later in the story, Maman shared with her followers a response she received from another user after she was exposed to the correspondence between the two and managed to move her.
"Just a few days ago, Karin Bowman, who suffered from anorexia, passed away. There is no place in the world anymore for such comments. Moore is stunning and her heart and messages are even more beautiful. This reaction is insensitive and does not belong to this world. You should actually delete it. It just doesn't respect you as a human being and certainly not as a woman, and regardless, in reality Moore is a million times more beautiful not only because of what God endowed her with on the outside, but on her inwardness."

In the days following Bauman's death, and with the headlines also featuring the story of model Romi Frankel, who tearfully revealed earlier this week how she lost a prestigious campaign after being asked to lose weight and refused, Maman, who spoke openly about her struggle over the years with her weight, felt the need to share her personal opinion on the issue with her many followers.

"This story is addressed to every girl, girl, woman," she wrote. "As someone who was a fat girl and was sometimes ostracized at school because of my exterior. I want to tell you as someone who years later won the beauty queen contest of Israel, as someone who has a makeup company that leads and deals with exteriors and beauty - everything begins and ends from within. There is no perfection. There is no single beauty ideal, no competition in it! We're all allowed to feel a little uncomfortable because maybe we've gained weight and the clothes don't sit well anymore. It happens to all of us a million times. But it's not okay to hang your happiness on the size of your pants or your weight. Anyone who knows me knows how great my love for food is. I balance as much as I can but am happy inside! I'm not ashamed or upset and no one will tell you what you're supposed to look like," Maman concluded.
