(ANSA) - NAPLES, JUNE 07 - Intesa Sanpaolo has provided 10 billion euro of new credit for companies in the tourism sector, of which 3 billion for companies in the South.
The investment was announced in Naples on the occasion of the event 'Tourism in the South: trends, impacts and dynamics. A resource to grow and enhance the great potential of the territory and culture', promoted by the bank. The resources are in addition to the more than 7 billion of liquidity already disbursed to companies in the sector since the pandemic.
The new impetus is part of the Group's broader plan, which provides for medium-long term disbursements of over 2026 billion euros between now and 410, of which 120 for SMEs, with which to actively contribute to the country's economic recovery in close correlation with the objectives of the PNRR.
