Sonia Bruganelli and Paolo Bonolis, married since 2002, have decided to tell the reasons for their separation to Vanity Fair after only a few weeks ago they had denied the news of the end of their union given by Dagospia. "There are no third parties or lovers. We are separated, yet we are more united than ever. We will continue to be so for our family, for each other. The feeling is strong, but it is no longer what brought us closer". In the interview, on the weekly on newsstands tomorrow and online on the Vanity Fair website, the couple talks for the first time about the epilogue of the marriage and the beginning of a new life together. They separate but nothing will change between them, they will continue to be "mom and dad for the children, to take holidays together". Bonolis and Bruganelli will continue, also, to give each other a good morning kiss on the lips (but the last passionate kiss they do not remember when they exchanged it). The idea of explaining the reasons for the separation was more of her than of him, so much so that Bonolis jokes: "They told me I had to come, and I came". Bruganelli confesses: "I could no longer live with enthusiasm some of the things that are part of a couple's relationship. Since my father died, then, I projected the bond I had with him on Paolo, who thus became a friend, a confidant. When we got engaged I was 23 years old, I didn't have a college degree yet, he was a man. Only with time and in the face of certain circumstances have we become aware of our differences. For example, Paolo has always been very romantic and very passionate, unlike me who am not at all." For his part, Bonolis talks about how he imagines and expects from the future of the former couple: "I just hope that there are no hatreds, grudges, interference in the choices of others. When you put a period, you start a new paragraph. And none of the preceding paragraph can claim the exact conjugation of verbs and the declension of words." They explain to the weekly that in their divorce there are no third parties, neither lovers nor lawyers: the two have been living in separate houses for some time and probably their routine 'no longer husband and wife' is already tested for this reason. In the future both say that affection and feeling will remain unchanged, "26 years of life together are unrepeatable", but they cannot be jealous of each other and vice versa. But speaking of their balance and the way, so thoughtful, in which they tell of the separation, also escapes a joke with a pungent aftertaste to Ilary Blasi and Francesco Totti. For months the divorce of the presenter and the former footballer has been talking between betrayals, watches and bags and so when asked how you can not fight for these reasons, Sonia Bruganelli lapidary replies: "I have my bags and my Rolex", while Bonolis specifies that he prefers "other things in life". Bonolis and Bruganelli then explain the reason for the denial, complete with a video shot in the pool: "To take back what was ours. It's okay to be judged because we're public figures, but we could also have been separated for a long time and not want to say that." "It was news that we should have given first to those in charge. But in the fascinating world of Gossigolandia, people vampire to the lives of others, ignoring feelings, affections, children." Adding that it was not an economic move, although Sonia jokes, stating that Paolo "does not want to pay me alimony" and Bonolis using irony reiterates: "He has eaten enough. Woody Allen said it: that man is starving from overeating." Then Sonia adds: "They wrote things that don't exist. There will be no lawyers, no food, none of that." When asked to Bonolis about a possible return to Rai in place of Fabio Fazio, the presenter replies dryly: "Fabio is a very good professional, but I have nothing to do with him. He made Che tempo che fa, a very beautiful broadcast. I took away that satisfaction with The Meaning of Life. We must not walk the paths of others: everyone follows their own, also because in the end the paths always end somewhere". He also confirms what he said at the Dogliani TV festival: "I will probably continue for another couple of years, then it would become heavy without enthusiasm"
