For the quick Asian One Pot Pasta "Kimchi Ramen" you need these ingredients:

  • 200 g instant ramen
  • 100 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 300 g kimchi
  • 50 g spring onions, cut into rings
  • 50 g gochujang (hot spice paste)
  • 15 g ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 15 g sesame seeds
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 600 ml of broth
  • Spring onions, as decoration
  • Sesame, as decoration

The preparation is simple and quick:

  • Add the ramen, mushrooms, kimchi, green onions, gochujang, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to a large saucepan.
  • Fill with broth and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Simmer uncovered for another 5 minutes until the desired creaminess of the sauce is reached.
  • Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
