Those who were on the spot, it was reported, were struck by the great attention with which everything had been cleaned and by the order defined as "manic". This led to Impagnatiello being considered a person, it was reported by qualified sources, who would have "obsessive-compulsive" behavior. To demonstrate how the house has been perfectly arranged is the shelf of the cabinet in which the oven is embedded on which the knife holder was found, among which there would also be the one used to kill Giulia. Even the house was "clean" to the naked eye without luminol. The only visible stain was the halo of burnt in the bathtub where, according to the reconstruction, the man tried for the first time to set fire to the body of his partner. During the search that took place yesterday, the carabinieri found the metal log with all the kitchen knives resting on the shelf of a piece of furniture in which the oven is built.
A request for trial with immediate rite is looming, when the investigations will be concluded, for Alessandro Impagnatiello accused of the murder of Giulia Tramontano, stabbed on May 27 in the couple's home in Senago. When it has collected all the elements, the Public Prosecutor's Office will be able to contest again in the request for immediate, on which the investigating judge will have to express himself (with this rite the preliminary hearing is skipped), the aggravating circumstance of premeditation, excluded in the custody order. The deadline for requesting immediate action is 6 months from the precautionary measure. In addition to the online searches closest to the time of the murder, which took place on the evening of Saturday 27 May, in the investigations conducted by the carabinieri and coordinated by the deputy Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo it was ascertained that the 30-year-old barman a few days before, 5 or 6 days before, from what was reported, would have searched the web for "human rat poison" and a pack of rat poison was seized yesterday in the house. Not only, therefore, that search "ceramic burnt bathtub" carried out a few minutes before Giulia returned home. Elements on the basis of which the investigators are increasingly convinced of premeditation, an aggravating circumstance that will be contested in the probable request for immediate trial, when the investigations are concluded. Even the aggravating circumstance of cruelty had fallen into the precautionary measure of the investigating judge and could be proposed again. The case of the murder of Giulia Tramontano, however, according to what was reported in the Prosecutor's Office, "is closed". Even if there are no further details of aiding and abetting which, in any case, could be difficult to challenge to family members, since in these cases a cause of non-punishability is foreseen. It is different if profiles of competition in the concealment of the body were to emerge, another crime alleged against Impagnatiello. A witness, however, would have heard noises like a body banging on the steps leading to the box. This element would exclude the help of another person to lift the corpse. In any case, at the moment from the surveys carried out yesterday in the house, including box and cellar, were found to the versions provided in the two confessions by the 30-year-old (the murder took place in the living room), including the fact that the tub, where the man would have tried to set fire to the corpse, was found burned in various places. This is an important element in relation to the aggravating circumstance of premeditation, given previous research. It remains to be verified, even with entomological analysis, when the body was placed outside. The body was found near boxes in Via Monte Rosa.
