Ada d'Adamo, with the novel "Come d'aria" (Elliot), is the winner of the tenth edition of the Premio Strega Giovani, promoted by the Maria and Goffredo Bellonci Foundation and by Strega Alberti with the contribution of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome and in collaboration with BPER Banca, Media Partner Rai, technical sponsor IBS.it.

The winner was announced by Stefano Petrocchi, director of the Bellonci Foundation, during the event conducted by Loredana Lipperini which took place at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples directed by Paolo Giulierini ("We are happy to host for the first time in Naples a Strega award ceremony and above all that it is the one dedicated to young readers"). It was Andrea D'Angelo, vice president of Strega Alberti, who presented the award to Alfredo Favi, husband of the writer who died on April 1st. "A book that everyone should read. That of Ada d'Adamo, with 83 preferences out of 503, was the most voted book by a jury of children between 16 and 18 years of age from 91 upper secondary schools in Italy and abroad. In second and third place were Rosella Postorino, author of Mi limitavo ad amare te (Feltrinelli), with 64 votes, and Carmen Verde with Una minima infelicità (Neri Pozza), with 60 votes. Lorena De Vita, External Relations Office of BPER Banca, announced the Strega Giovani Award for the best review to Hasan Arda Fenerci, of the Italian High School I.M.I. in Istanbul, who received a scholarship offered by the Bank. Ex aequo the Leggiamoci 2023 Fiction for Future Award: to Irene D'Onghia, for the graphic story We are at home, Paul; Anita Elsa Carosi, for Il mio racconto; Flavia Nastro, for the graphic story La natura digitale. Giovanna Sonnino and Giuseppe Tantillo, actors of the series Mare fuori, participated. At the end of the award ceremony visit in the beauty of the new section Campania Romana del Mann.
