(ANSA) - KIEV, JUNE 08 - The Russians are bombing Kherson, the city flooded by the flood of the Dnipro River, according to the governor of the Oblast, Oleksandr Prokudin, on his Telegram channel.
At least one person died and two were injured as a result of Russian shelling of the city of Kherson hit by severe flooding after the destruction of the Khakovka Dam. This was reported by the office of the attorney general of the homonymous region on Telegram.
"A civilian was killed in the city due to targeted attacks by the occupiers during evacuation measures. Two other people were injured. The data is being verified," authorities said, adding that in one of the nearby villages, "four local residents were injured by the shelling." (ANSA).
