  • Stress reduction: If you suffer from stress permanently, you are not doing your figure or your health any good. Because stress can make you fat in the long run. If we are overloaded, our body releases the stress hormone cortisol, which slows down the metabolism and makes us hungry.
  • Sleep longer: During sleep, the body not only regenerates: Sufficient sleep also helps with weight loss, as we do not eat anything during this time and the body also burns fat. However, the time of the last meal is decisive. If you have dinner as early as possible, you have a longer period until breakfast. If you leave at least twelve hours in between, you activate cell renewal processes in the body. In doing so, the organism draws on the body's own reserves when insulin levels are low.   • Fill up on vitamin D: Scientists at the University of Minnesota found that people with a lot of vitamin D in their bodies tend to have less belly fat.   • Taking vitamin C: Vitamin C also boosts fat burning and can help get rid of annoying belly fat. For fat burning, the organism needs the growth hormone HGH during sleep, which is only formed with enough vitamin C. In addition, fat loss is also supported by norepinephrine. This is produced in the adrenal glands. For this, the body also needs sufficient vitamin C.
  • Pay attention to proper fats: Fats in food are not bad per se. A distinction is made between saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Saturated fatty acids increase cholesterol levels and thus the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Ready-made products, sausages, fried foods and red meats, for example, contain these bad fats.
