Whether the third season of "Ted Lasso" really meant the final whistle for the football comedy is currently making fans mad. Nathan actor Nick Mohammed is now also tipping the proverbial fire into the blazing rumor mill with a cryptic post on social media.
At the end of May, the third season finale of "Ted Lasso", the supposed series finale of the football comedy with Jason Sudeikis, took place. Apple TV+ and Nathan actor Nick Mohammed are now playing with fans' feelings, however, as the actor responded to a picture of his series character and colleagues with the words "Smells like potential" with an emoji with a zippered mouth, as if he had a secret to keep that we are not yet allowed to know... Is there still a season or even a series spin-off in it? Or is this all just social media fun?
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly ahead of season three, Mohammed said: "I feel like the writers were really open in the beginning and said they had designed a three-season arc in their heads. But that doesn't mean it definitely has to come to an end. There's no reason why it couldn't go on. So, we'll see. I hope there's more, but who knows."
