According to overseas reports, Swift was hanging out with NBA playerAustin Reeves, with several sources saying the two were having a drink together at an Arkansas bar. The person who quickly deflected rumors about the two was the basketball player's brother, Spencer Reeves. The story takes another turn when it turns out that another girl is involved in the picture – Reeves' girlfriend Jenna Barber, with whom he has been in a relationship for nine years.

Speaking of Taylor Swift and the NBA, according to a new theory circulating by NBA fans on Reddit, there's a direct link between where the Swift's tour takes place and the outcome of the Eastern Conference games. Wherever the show took place, the NBA team of that city lost the series in which it played. The amusing coincidence has already earned the nickname "The Curse of Taylor Swift" and makes fans of Austin Reeves hope that there really isn't a relationship between the two.
