"I never got tired of it. People would ask me, "What will be your first meal on Day 101?" And the answer is, I'll probably eat a Big Mac for lunch, but a filet mignon for dinner," he told local broadcaster WSMV. The American decided to share his experience on his TikTok channel, which now has more than 88,000 subscribers.

The Tennessee-born man finally found at the end of his challenge that his cholesterol and blood glucose levels had dropped dramatically and his risk of having a heart attack had decreased.
