The following ingredients are needed for the popular dish Spaghetti Bolognese:
- Bolognese sauce:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 100 g onions, diced
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 150 g carrots, diced
- 150 g celeriac, diced
- 250 ml red wine
- 500 g chopped tomatoes (canned)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Thereto:
- 250 g spaghetti
- Parmesan, freshly grated
- parsley, chopped
Simply Tasty Tip: It's always worth cooking twice the amount of minced meat sauce. Because it tastes almost better warmed up or you can freeze it for a quick meal in the future.
