LE FIGARO. - Brussels' decision has fallen. What are the next steps?

Yannick BOLLORÉ. - We welcome the European Commission's decision, which will mark a real turning point for Vivendi once the remedies imposed by the European Commission have been implemented. Its authorisation is subject to the fulfilment of the two commitments we have proposed, namely the sale of Editis and that of Gala. We are confident that we will be able to finalize these two operations by the end of October, which will allow the effective merger of our two groups.
