Be careful, make no mistake. Behind every fan of "Love is in the meadow" hides a sensitive and romantic soul. And one thing is certain with this penultimate episode of speeds dating of season 18, broadcast this Monday night on M6: Joris made the hearts of fans of the show beat very, very hard.
A little reminder of the facts: this tall guy with the silhouette of a rugby player and the blue eyes revolver is as shy as his build is huge. In this fifth part of this eighteenth season, the 34-year-old market gardener, arborist and cereal farmer must overcome his sickly stage fright in the face of the female sex to find two suitors that he will take to the farm. Well aware of her state of intense stress, Karine Le Marchand coaches "the sentimental and big teddy" before the tête-à-tête with the girls. "I have never lived alone in my life, always with my parents," recalls the big guy to explain his nervousness.
"I want to found a cocoon"
He who knows too little about the games of love is looking for "a natural girl". "It's going to be okay, you don't have your head on the bill, I feel very good energies today, and we are not immune to love at first sight," says the host, before continuing with those who came to meet him. "Hello ladies, he's a good guy, he's not able to make the first move, you can go," she tells the girls, before sitting on her couch from where she watches what happens next.
We will just have to wait for the arrival of another Carine, this time a sparkling legal assistant, to see the magic of love at first sight take place at Joris. "I found myself in you, I want to found a cocoon, lets go the pretty brunette, her throat knotted. I'm very sensitive too, but I told myself I had to go for it. Depending on what happens, I may even come to your house in the South... Opposite, Joris turns scarlet and continues to listen to him.
"You exude a lot of softness, beautiful eyes, you have to gain confidence in yourself. I want to live moments with the person with whom I want to share everything, like you. I'm quite moved to be here... " she says before Joris' eyes fill with tears.
"Rho la la, he took a right there, he is very moved," comments Karine Le Marchand, from her chair backstage. "I'm knocked out, she touched me so much, dried me, love at first sight, I've never felt that way in my life," concludes Joris. "There was a real connection," says the suitor. Not surprisingly, she wins her ticket to discover her life on the farm.
