Rockville, Maryland – Before the release of Starfield, it was said that it would be the most polished game Bethesda had ever made. To a large extent, this grand claim actually seems to be true. Nevertheless, the old quirks of the developer studio shine through here and there. For example, in the fact that numerous players in Starfield are now making a pilgrimage to a simple puddle. It has interesting properties and can make you rich in a few minutes.

Starfield's magical puddle makes players rock-rich in minutes
What's so great about this puddle? A simple puddle is currently the best accomplice you could wish for in a shoplifting in Starfield. Twitter user Jamie Moran shared a video on his account in which you can see how he uses the muddy spot to gain access to the entire inventory of a store behind it. Without having to lift a finger, he can stock up on thousands of credits, ammunition and valuable items.

Where can I find the puddle? The magical puddle of Starfield can be found in Akila City on the planet Akila in the Cheyenne system. All you have to do is go to the Shepherd's store and stand in front of the entrance overlooking the street. There should be a small puddle on the left in front of the character. If you stand on it and look at the mud at the right angle, then the inventory of the store should be able to see.
We embed the video of Jamie Moran here. In this way, interested parties can see exactly at which angle it is best to inspect the puddle. But there are other ways to get rich. A clever gambler has taken advantage of Starfield's physics engine to clear out a casino.

How much does the puddle bring in? Depending on what is currently listed in the store inventory at Shepherd's, you can easily get 3000 to 7000 credits out of the puddle. In addition, there is a whole bunch of ammunition for various types of weapons, books, food, remedies and various materials. Anything but bad loot if you want to quickly stock up on a few supplies.

But the best part is that this puddle can be used practically infinitely in Starfield. Whenever the store refreshes its inventory, you can simply clear it out without anyone accusing the nature of the theft. The goods are not even marked as "stolen" in the inventory, so you can easily sell them at any other store and beat even more credits from the promotion. Praise be to the magic puddle!

According to Jamie, it should even be possible to simply wait 24 in-game hours at the puddle to collect the next batch of credits. How well this works, however, is still debatable. Other players stated that they had even waited at the puddle for several days without being able to take any more items with them.
