Ingrids have a hard time if you trust the job portal Indeed. Because everyone wants jobs from you, says the protagonist. Now this is a thing of the past.
Finding a job is sometimes not so easy – while you used to leaf through a lot of job advertisements in the newspaper, this has shifted in the meantime. The new challenge is usually sought online. Support is provided by certain job portals. For example, Indeed – in order to stand out from the crowd of portals, advertising is important. For a while, Indeed advertised with Ingrid and thus attracted attention.
Ingrid from Indeed has "new job": Video as a farewell

Dressed in streamers, actress Tina Pfurr alias Ingrid speaks into the camera: "Well, instead of always explaining Indeed, I looked for jobs myself and found a great new job. With more flexibility and great performance." The news is celebrated with music and humorous dances by former colleagues. Indeed shared the video on its social media channels.
This ends the era of "Ingrid explains Indeed", as the company itself writes under the video. As an advertising figure, Ingrid has made a significant contribution to strengthening Indeed's brand awareness, Jens Lappoehn, head of marketing at DACH Indeed, told Horizont.
Three aspects deter applicants in job advertisements, including phrases.

Indeed-Ingrid: This is the person behind it
Tina Pfurr (43 years old) is actually a theatre and film actress and radio play narrator – but the actress is probably known to a broad mass as Ingrid from the Indeed commercial. But that doesn't bother the actress so much, she told hna.de a few years ago: "The advertising is very funny and not annoying. And I'm really funny as Ingrid."
On television, Pfurr starred in Tatort and Großstadtrevier, among other things. Since 2011 she has been directing the Theater Ballhaus Ost in Berlin together with Daniel Schrader.
What's next for Indeed
The portal Horizont reports that it is now a matter of connecting to the advertising success for the company Indeed. Accordingly, a new campaign is to start in autumn.
