The Alsatian tarte flambée has a break today
Because we prefer it vegetarian! Try our delicious version with beetroot, pear, goat's cheese and honey. You won't regret it. Promised!
Here's how to do it:
You only need a few ingredients:
- Cream:
- 200 g sour cream
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Tarte flambée:
- 1 pack (à 260 g) tarte flambée dough on the refrigerated shelf
- Beetroot, peeled and sliced
- Pear, sliced
- Red onion, cut into rings
- Walnuts
- Thyme
- Goat cheese
- Honey
