Canada will provide an additional $482 million in military aid to Kiev over the next three years and will send F-16 fighter trainers for pilots and maintenance. This was announced by the Canadian Prime Minister, JustinTrudeau, at the parliament in Ottawa during the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The aid announced by the premier is intended to "save millions of people", said Zelensky speaking to the parliament in Ottawa in a particularly crowded joint session, greeted by loud applause. "Life and justice must prevail," he added.
