A relationship between very young people turned into a nightmare: when she, intimidated by increasingly aggressive behavior, wanted to get away from her partner, he began to harass and persecute the girl, to the point of raping her. With the accusation of persecutory acts and aggravated sexual violence, the carabinieri of the Sorrento company - by delegation of the Public Prosecutor at the Juvenile Court of Naples - arrested a 17-year-old from the Sorrento peninsula recipient of a precautionary measure issued by the investigating magistrate. The facts date back to the months of June, July and August: the accusatory hypothesis is that the suspect, not accepting the end of the sentimental relationship with his girlfriend of the same age, would have forced the minor to suffer acts of violence, with serious threats addressed to her and some relatives, forcing her to live in a persistent state of anxiety.
The investigations have made it possible to reconstruct a serious circumstantial picture that led to today's arrest. The arrested man was detained in the penal institution for minors in Nisida.
The 17-year-old used drugs, was reported by his mother and uncle for mistreatment, placed in a community from which he had fled after a few days. After a serene beginning of the relationship with the girl of the same age he had begun to have increasingly possessive and violent behaviors towards the girl: he did not want her to go to the beach so that no one could see her in costume, he slapped her in public, insulted her; Up to the threats, to kill her, to scar her with acid, to spread false hard images with her appearance on the web. He took possession of her phone to check it and shouted under the house if the girl refused to answer the intercom, so much so that on one occasion the father was forced to call the carabinieri.
A crescendo culminated, starting in June, in episodes of sexual violence reported by the victim to the investigators. A state of affairs that had induced in the girl a condition of anguish that prevented her from leaving the house alone. Until the decision of the 17-year-old to go to the carabinieri, accompanied by her mother, and denounce everything.
