Russian opposition leader Vladimir Kara-Murza, sentenced to 25 years in prison on charges of decommissioning and denouncing Moscow's offensive in Ukraine, is in a maximum-security Siberian prison, his lawyer said Sunday.
"Vladimir Kara-Murza was taken to the IK-6 maximum security penal colony in Omsk to serve his sentence," lawyer Vadim Prokhorov announced on Facebook. "He was immediately put in solitary confinement," he explained.
